Tutoring services may be arranged on a regular basis
(monthly or quarterly, semestral or yearly basis) or on an occasional basis (hourly).

staff, computer-aided instruction, and access to different educational software and an
air-conditioned classroom.
The Computer Literacy Program is made up of the following modules:
COMPUTER LITERACY 1 - Basic Computer Skills 1 (10 - 20 hours)
     
may help the parent or guardian
assume responsibility to develop and implement an effective home study program.
     
helps the parent choose an
appropriate program for the child. The following programs are available:
A US Homeschool program is available principally through the internet or distance mode.  The parents or guardians choose a program and enroll the student or child in a
curriculum offered by a US-based educational provider.  The parents may share academic
responsibilities with us or give
full responsibility for the implementation
of the program.  
uses the tutorial approach to help the
student comply with school requirements.  The parent assists in
achieving the curriculum objectives.  A student may enroll any time for a
10 to 12 month period.  Extension of the program is subject to the rules
and regulations of the US educational provider who may also monitor compliance
with the curriculum and may award a certificate of completion upon request.
     
A student may enroll in a local homestudy program.  Most local homestudy programs are only available at the high school level.
, through a tutorial program, helps the
student complete the school requirements.
     
is capable of directly assisting individual students to pass the examination or creating learning groups for out-of-school youth and adults undergoing vocational training. also acts as consultant to NGOs or civic groups who wish to use the DECS program.
     
offers a wide range of tutoring services for various subjects at all levels from grade school to graduate school.  Its tutors come from the University of the Philippines where a wide range of expertise may be accessed by interested students.  Tutors for grade school and
high school are always available.  However, request for tutors for college and graduate school subjects
should be made one month in advance.
     
offers basic computer literacy courses for children and adults.  These courses have the following features:

provides continuing education to all types of clients.  The program aims to develop relevant skills for people who wish to
improve themselves.  Programs are broken down into 10 session modules.
 Should the client require more depth and practice, he/she may take additional ten-session
modules.  The following programs are available:
     
Homeschooling is intended for students who opt for
alternative modes of instruction due to various reasons like travel schedule, traffic,
disability, religious, philosophical, personal reasons, etc.  By home study
is meant a mode of instruction where the parent, guardian or a surrogate school takes
responsibility for the education of the child.
     
has the capability to administer the DECS non-formal education modules in preparation for the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Examination given by DECS. Those who pass the A&E Examination are awarded the elementary or high school certificates to move on to higher educational levels.
